# Terms of Service

All quotes are valid for 14 days. Work is scheduled subject to technician availability and safe site access. Installations carry a written workmanship guarantee; equipment carries the manufacturer warranty. Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Cancellations within 2 hours of the booked slot may attract a call-out fee.
